Refund policy

If an order was placed in the online shop by mistake or if there was an error in the order, the customer may cancel the order by phone or email within 14 days of order confirmation.

No further right of withdrawal exists.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns of goods are only possible with the consent of Dive-Sticker.com.

In any case, it is required that the goods are still in their original packaging. Expired goods and opened packaging will neither be exchanged nor accepted for return.

Custom-made products and goods delivered directly from the factory cannot be returned.

Any transport and packaging costs shall in all cases be borne by the customer.
